Amazon Class - Year 6

Welcome to Amazon Class!

Named after the Amazon River, the largest river system in the world, Amazon Class represents the final stage of our pupils' journey through New Park Primary Academy. Just as the Amazon flows through a vast and diverse landscape, our Year 6 pupils draw upon the knowledge, skills and experiences gained throughout their time in primary school as they prepare for the next chapter of their education.

We are extremely proud of our Year 6 class at New Park Primary Academy. We provide a supportive, ambitious and nurturing environment where children are encouraged to lead by example, challenge themselves and take increasing responsibility for their learning. We celebrate individuality, resilience and the strengths that each child brings to our school community.

Our curriculum prepares children for a successful transition to secondary school by developing confidence, independence and a lifelong love of learning. Through high-quality teaching, leadership opportunities and memorable experiences, we help pupils leave New Park as capable, compassionate and confident young people, ready for their next adventure.
