The Willows is New Park Primary Academy's Targeted Mainstream Provision for children in Years 1 to 6 with Communication and Interaction needs.

Named after the willow trees that grow alongside rivers, The Willows reflects our belief that every child thrives when they are rooted in a supportive environment and given the opportunity to grow at their own pace. Just as our river classes journey through the school, The Willows sits alongside them, helping children to flourish, develop confidence and achieve success within a nurturing and inclusive community.

The provision offers specialist support for pupils whose communication and interaction needs may create barriers to learning, relationships or participation in school life. Through highly personalised approaches, adapted learning opportunities and skilled adult support, we help children develop the communication, social and emotional skills they need to become increasingly independent learners.

At The Willows, we celebrate each child's strengths whilst providing targeted support in areas of need. Pupils remain an important part of the wider New Park community, learning alongside their peers wherever possible and taking part in the rich experiences that make our school special.
