Nile Class - Year 5

Welcome to Nile Class!

Named after the River Nile, one of the world's most famous rivers and a lifeline for ancient civilisations, Nile Class encourages children to appreciate the importance of knowledge, perseverance and ambition. Just as the Nile has supported communities for thousands of years, we nurture the skills and values that help children flourish both in school and beyond.

We are extremely proud of our Year 5 class at New Park Primary Academy. We encourage children to become responsible, reflective and determined learners who take pride in their achievements while supporting others to succeed. Our inclusive environment helps every child feel valued, respected and empowered to contribute positively to our school community.

Through a rich and challenging curriculum, children develop a deeper understanding of the world and their place within it. We encourage critical thinking, creativity and independence, preparing pupils for the responsibilities and opportunities that lie ahead in Year 6 and beyond.
